Can I change my delivery address?

Every coupon valid on rooshka.com has a Discount Code. Enter this code at the Shopping cart page when you are checking out on rooshka.com to receive your discount.

How do I change my order?
In order to provide fast delivery, we ship all orders quickly after being placed. Due to this, orders cannot be changed or cancelled. If you have any questions regarding your order, please contact us.
Do you accept cash on delivery?
Yes, we accept cash on delivery.
Is ROOSHKA registered in UAE?

Can I change or amend the items in my order once it has been placed?
Currently, this service is not available.
Can I ship an order to multiple addresses?
No, we can currently only ship to one address per order.
How do I send E-Gift Card as a gift?
You can instantly send the E-Gift Card from rooshka.com. All you need is your recipient’s details!
To send the E-Gift Card as a gift:
1) Log into your Rooshka account.
2) Go to the gift card section.
3) Choose the value of your e-gift card and enter your recipient’s information in Who's the gift card for? then click send and proceed to checkout and complete your payment details.
4) Congrats! You just sent a great gift!
How do I redeem Rooshka E-Gift Card?
Lucky you! You’ve received a great gift. The next step is to redeem your Rooshka E-Gift Card.
To redeem your Rooshka E-Gift Card, please follow the steps below:
1) Open your Rooshka notification email and click the link provided.
2) You will be directed to new page where you'll find you e-gift card number.
3) you can save it in your apple wallet or press start shopping to go to our website.
4) In the checkout you can place the e-gift code and the amount will be deducted.

How does Cash on Delivery work?
If you do not wish to make an online payment, you can choose to pay in cash when you receive your order.
The amount specified during checkout is the exact amount that you will have to pay. Considering the price of the product, as well as shipping and carrier charges.
How can I get free shipping?
If your order amount is AED 500 or more, free shipping fees will be applied.
