Custom duties need to be paid by the customer upon receiving the delivery. These vary from country to country and we have no control over the same. Custom duties are not included in your final price and need to be paid separately by the customer.

In case you have received incorrect items, please use contact us section or sent us an email to info@rooshka.com with your order number and our customer support team will contact you.

The correct item will be send to you and we'll pay the delivery cost.

If you receive a damaged item, you must notify us within 7 days of the delivery date by writing to info@rooshka.com. If 7 days have passed since your delivery, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.

Yes, e-gift cards are available in our online store.

ROOSHKA is exclusive to the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman and Qatar. We currently do not ship to anywhere else in the world.
