Refund policy
1. All products purchased from ROOSHKA Readymade Garments Trading LLC Online Store can be refund/exchanged.In case of a dispute/complaint, you must notify us within 10 days of delivery by writing to info@rooshka.com. If 10 days or more have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.
2. Upon receipt of the returned item, we will fully examine it and notify you via email, within 7 days period of time, whether you are entitled to a return. If you are entitled to a return, we will refund your purchase price and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
3. Refunds do not include any shipping charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage to hardware during shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping.
4. There are certain scenarios where it is difficult for us to support returns & exchanges. Such scenarios include but are not limited to the following:
- An exchange request is made outside the specified time frame.
- Product is damaged because of use.
- The product has been tampered or anything is missing from the package including price tags, labels, original packing, freebies and accessories.
- You will be required to email photographic evidence of the defective item at info@rooshka.com within 10 days of purchase after which no claims will be entertained.
