1- Shipping duration inside inside UAE takes 1-3 working days, & shipping to GCC countries takes 5-7 working days.
2- Shipping costs for GCC countries are based on the weight of your order and the delivery method. To find out how much your order will cost, simply add the items you would like to purchase to your cart and proceed to the checkout page. Once at the checkout screen, shipping charges will be displayed.
3- Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

5. All products purchased from ROOSHKA READYMADE GARMENTS TRADING L.L.C online store can be refund/exchanged. In case of a dispute/complaint, you must notify us within 7 days from the delivery date by writing to email@example.com. If 7 days or more have passed since your item delivery, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.
6. You must take reasonable care of any products that you wish to return and not use them. The products must be returned in their original conditions. We will not be responsible for any loss or damage caused to the items during your possession and may reject the request to return, exchange or refund.
7. In accordance with global retail industry standards, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges of products in the following categories: underwear & lingerie.
8. Upon receipt of the returned item, we will fully examine it and notify you via email, within 7 days period of time, whether you are entitled to a return. If you are entitled to a return, we may offer you a substitute or replacement product or we will give you a full refund through the possible means.
9. Refunds do not include any shipping or cash on delivery charges, shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you.
10. Any products purchased through an eGift card will be refunded via an eGift card.
11. Any orders placed through a combination of payment methods (e.g. eGift + Card) will be refunded via the original payment method.

13. There are certain scenarios where it is difficult for us to support returns & exchanges. Such scenarios include but are not limited to the following:
- An exchange request is made outside the specified time frame.
- Product is damaged because of use.
- The product has been tampered or anything is missing from the package including price tags, labels, original packing, freebies and accessories.
- You will be required to email photographic evidence of the defective item at firstname.lastname@example.org within 10 days of purchase after which no claims will be entertained.
