Shipping policy

1. Inside the UAE, we offer two delivery methods: Standard shipping (AED 30) and Express shipping (AED 50). For orders over AED 299, both Standard and Express shipping are free within the UAE.

2. Shipping to GCC countries is calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and delivery method. GCC orders do not currently qualify for free shipping.

3. Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email with your tracking information.

4. Shipping duration varies by product — please check each product page for estimated delivery times. We aim to deliver as quickly as possible.

5. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns or exchanges. For our full return window, refund process, and which items can't be returned, see our Refund Policy.

6. Risk of loss or damage to your order passes to you once it has been delivered to the address provided at checkout. Until delivery, we bear the risk of loss or damage in transit - if your order arrives damaged or dosen't arrive, contact us at info@rooshka.com we'll assist with a replacement or refund under our Refund Policy. We are not liable for delayed or failed delivery caused by an incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated delivery address provided at checkout.
