Returns Policy
1. ROOSHKA E-Gift Cards are non refundable, hold no cash value, and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit once purchased. They are non-transferable and may only be redeemed by the original recipient for personal use. E-Gift Cards are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase; if the full balance isn't used in one order, the remaining amount stays on the card until it expires. Please treat your E-Gift Card like cash — ROOSHKA is not responsible for a lost or stolen gift card, so keep your code secure and contact us right away by WhatsApp at +971 56 388 6667 if you believe it's been compromised.
2. Where a refund is due on an order paid for partly with an E-Gift Card and partly by another payment method, the E-Gift Card portion of the refund is returned to you as a new E-Gift Card, and the remainder is refunded to your original payment method. Cash on Delivery charges shown on your invoice are not refundable.
